Read guideNew to the Dude Ranch? Follow these steps to build your first unstoppable army.
- 1
Choose your first Dude
Head to the Dude Ranch and recruit your starting Dude. Each family has a distinct role: Warriors tank, Ninjas deal burst damage, Wizards cast area spells, and more. Your choice shapes every early synergy.
- 2
Understand Synergies
How Many Dudes? is built around synergy chains. Combine Dudes from the same family to unlock bonuses, then layer Relics and Trinkets to amplify those bonuses into game-breaking combos.
- 3
Collect Relics and Trinkets
Relics warp battle rules — a Wizard Dude might fling fireballs on move, or a Finance Dude could generate cash from life insurance. Trinkets earned from Act Bosses can redefine an entire build.
- 4
Push through the Acts
Three Tiers of Challenge stand between you and the final boss. Waves escalate from toddlers to wolves to gorillas to gods. Survive long enough to discover hidden synergies and reach wave 100+.
